Use this guide to help you find your order cutoff times.
At Odeko, we know timing is everything. Whether you’re restocking for the weekend rush or planning ahead for next week’s menu, placing your order before the cut-off time ensures you get what you need, when you need it.
Here’s how you can quickly find your order cut-off time inside your Portal:
Step 1: Log In to Your Portal
- Login to your account at https://portal.odeko.com/
Step 2: Go to “Order Calendar”
- Click on the next available open order field.
- A clock should appear to the left side with a date showing the cut-off date for that delivery date.
- Hover your mouse over this date to see the exact time your cut-off time is.

*Exact times vary by market, be sure to check your own portal to confirm your cut-off. Third party vendors may have a different cut-off time than Odeko Warehouse items.
